DMS Technologies Inc Announces new Integration to Sparkrock to better serve the K12 School Board industry

 

DMS Technologies Inc. and Sparkrock are excited to announce they will soon have out of the box integration between their solutions. 

Sparkrock’s all-in-one software for K12 school boards includes a fully integrated Finance, Human Resources and Payroll solution. The solution is based on over 12 years of K12 and public sector experience with boards such as Niagara Catholic School Board, Waterloo Catholic School Board and Sudbury Catholic School Board to name a few. The solution is certified by Microsoft and over the last 12 years they have released over 10 new updated versions so that they now offer the most robust, modern, integrated ERP platform for school boards. The Sparkrock solution combines Microsoft’s leading-edge robust Dynamics technology (with has over 1.4 Million users globally), with deep school board specific functionality designed by Sparkrock and delivered through a secure, reliable cloud subscription or on-Premise.

eBASE Software provides K12 school boards with a robust, yet easy-to-use software suite that ensures facilities are managed efficiently and capital assets are used effectively. From simplifying the complexities of project management to alleviating the frustration of routine tasks like paper logbooks, rental permits, supply ordering and maintenance management, eBASE’s customized modules are designed to reflect the unique needs of K12 School Boards.

The initial focus for the integration will center around Maintenance Work Orders and Project Management modules of eBASE.   The priorities for the integration will include Vendor integration (from Sparkrock to eBASE), Requisition and Purchase Order creation (from eBASE to Sparkrock) and the automatic update of statuses and details for Work Order and Project related transactions in eBASE when transactions are approved and paid within Sparkrock Finance Management.
